Has your e-ticket not arrived?
Our ticket confirmation emails are currently taking longer than usual to be sent.
If you have not received an email with your tickets and are visiting in the next 3-5 days, there is no need to contact us - your tickets will arrive soon.
If you have a record of your order number at the time of booking, you can also show this when you arrive to gain entry.
Please also check your junk inbox or try searching your emails for ‘NHM tickets'.

General admission ticket enquiries
If you would like to change or cancel your free general admission ticket booking, you do not need to contact us.
Simply make a new booking here.
Any donations made as part of your ticket booking are non-refundable.
Exhibition ticket enquiries
Tickets to our paid exhibitions are non-refundable, but may be transferred in exceptional circumstances to an alternative date.
To request a transfer, please complete our booking change form.
Any donations made on top of exhibition tickets are non-refundable.
Lost property
If you lose something at the Museum please contact us with your name, contact details, a description of the item and the date of your visit. We keep lost items for one week.
