Tyrannotitan was a giant predator with very short arms that was closely related to Giganotosaurus and Mapusaurus. Fifty-seven Tyrannotitan teeth were found associated with Patagotitan remains, indicating that it scavenged from the bodies of these giants after they had died, as well as probably actively hunting the young and old.
