Visiting information
Your tour guide will meet you outside The Garden Kitchen in the Evolution Garden, there will be a sign pointing to this location.
This tour is delivered outdoors, so dress for the weather.
The event will begin promptly, we’re unable to let latecomers in after the event has started and can’t give refunds or exchanges to latecomers.
All ages are welcome but given the content of the tour, we recommend a minimum age of 7.
The tour is fully accessible.
Your tour ticket grants you access to the Museum up to one hour before your scheduled tour. If you plan to arrive earlier, you may need to get a general admission ticket or join the walk-in queue.
Entry to our paid exhibitions is not included in your tour ticket, these tickets must be bought separately.
Don’t forget to bring an electronic or printed copy of your ticket with you.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Ticket price doesn’t include the cloakroom.
