Tring: Pollinator Heroes

Meet some of the buzzing, bold and beautiful pollinating insects and animals vital for the survival of plants that support so much of our wildlife.

  • The Natural History Museum at Tring
  • 27 and 28 May
  • Free, drop-in

Come along to Gallery 2 where one of our knowledgeable team and many handling specimens will be.

Get the chance to look up close at many of our specimens which you don’t normally get to see – explore insects' intricate wings, birds' beautiful feathers and some mammals' soft fur. Find out what pollination is, why this is so important to us for food and how we can support pollinators. You'll get to decorate a simple craft to take home.
