Summary

I co-curate the museum's schistosomiasis collection (SCAN) together with colleagues Fiona Allan and Aidan Emery, based at the museum's Molecular Collection facility. We have active collaborations throughout sub-saharan Africa. I also work with the museum's Deep-Sea Systematics and Ecology Research Group. My main scientific interests are mapping and spatial ecology of neglected diseases, particularly schistosomiasis and African paragonimiasis, deep-sea systematics and biogeography, and biodiversity informatics.
