Summary

My research interests are in two areas: 1) the comparative study of venoms in animals, especially in poorly studied venomous invertebrates including polychaetes and crustaceans; 2) conceptual issues in systematics, especially the changing epistemological role of ancestors in evolutionary biology.

Summary

My research interests are in two areas: 1) the comparative study of venoms in animals, especially in poorly studied venomous invertebrates including polychaetes and crustaceans; 2) conceptual issues in systematics, especially the changing epistemological role of ancestors in evolutionary biology.
