Thursday 30 January is the anniversary of the landmark 2012 London Declaration on Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs), which unified partners across sectors, countries and disease communities to push for greater investment and action on NTDs.
It is also the inaugural #WorldNTDDay - a day that marks the start of a year of international activity to fight NTDs which threaten more than 1.5 billion people living in the poorest and most marginalised communities worldwide. To mark this day and the commitment to #BeatNTDs, DeWorm3 have launched a new research booklet online: ‘DeWorm3: Charting A Path Towards STH Elimination.’
